These terms apply to the Splitroo pre-launch website and the information made available on it.

1. Pre-launch website
Splitroo is being prepared for release. Website descriptions, screenshots, availability, plans and features may be refined before public launch. “Coming soon” store buttons are informational until official store listings are available.
2. Splitroo is not a bank
Splitroo is designed to help people organise shared expenses, balances, bills, records and conversations. Splitroo is not a bank and does not hold customer funds. The pre-launch website does not process payments. Where payment features are made available in the app, payment processing and any required identity verification may be provided by third-party service providers, subject to their terms, availability and eligibility requirements.
3. No financial advice
Information on this website is general product information. It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice where you need it.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation of Splitroo. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The Splitroo name, branding, website design, product screenshots, text and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by viewing or using this website.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or change the pre-launch website or product information as development progresses. We do not promise that every pre-release description will remain unchanged at launch.
7. Third-party services
The website may refer to services or platforms operated by third parties, including app stores and other service providers. Their services, eligibility requirements and terms are controlled by those third parties.
8. Website reliability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but a pre-launch website may contain interruptions, errors or information that later changes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
